Liquid nitrogen generator

Liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine) equipment consists of three parts. A nitrogen generator (internal or external), a refrigeration equipment (gas liquefaction equipment), and a Dewar tank. The entire machine has a one click start automatic liquid replenishment function. And the equipment automatically starts when the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank is below the set liquid level. The manufacturing of liquid nitrogen machine adopts the principle of mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration, which gradually cools nitrogen from the ambient temperature to the saturation condensation temperature of nitrogen liquefaction. The minimum cooling temperature of the refrigeration mechanism can reach -196 ° C. The liquefied liquid nitrogen in the refrigeration evaporator is transported to the liquid nitrogen tank for storage to obtain liquid nitrogen. The equipment automatically detects the liquid nitrogen level in the Dewar tank and fully controls the operation of the equipment.

10L/day liquid nitrogen generator

Equipment advantages our liquid nitrogen generator:

1. Our liquefaction system uses advanced mixed refrigerant (MR) refrigerants.2. Compared with traditional GM refrigeration heads, the hybrid refrigerant compression refrigeration system has the advantages of no regular maintenance, high reliability, and long service life.3. The product has a compact structural design, with an aluminum alloy frame and stainless steel wire drawing surface for the outer shell, which is exquisite and beautiful in appearance.4. All cryogenic pipe fittings are vacuum insulated to reduce cooling loss.5. Touch type color Chinese and English operation interface.6. The equipment manufacturing process is exquisite, with advantages such as safety, convenience, silence, energy conservation, intelligence, and environmental protection.

Liquid nitrogen generators are widely used in various fields, including chemical testing, transportation, medical treatment, industrial production, food processing, etc. In recent years, the medical field has gradually become the largest demand side for liquid nitrogen generators, which can be applied in scenarios such as non-invasive plastic surgery and dermatology surgery. With the rapid development of downstream industries, the market space for liquid nitrogen generators continues to expand.
