Brief Introduction of PEM hydrogen generators
Electrolyzer cell of the hydrogen generators adopts the internationally advanced SPE (solid polymer electrolyte) hydrogen production technology. It uses pure water as the electrolyte and titanium metal as the electrode. Forbid add any alkaline chemical.After electrification, the cathode produces hydrogen and the anode produces oxygen. The oxygen is vented, and the hydrogen enters the gas-water separator and is separated from the water. After being fully dried by the drying tube, the hydrogen is output from the H2 outlet. The instrument adopts a high sensitivity, fuzzy automatic tracking control system, namely, instant production, hydrogen production only when need gas, and no hydrogen production when metered no need hydrogen, realizing automatic constant pressure and constant flow, making the pressure stability accuracy range less than 0.001 Mpa, and ensuring high purity of hydrogen output from the instrument, stable, safe and continuous pressure. Perfect substitute for dangerous experimental hydrogen chamber cylinder.
