Product Introduction of electrolysis cell
C600 PEM electrolysis cell adopt PEM (proton exchange membane)hydrogen production technology. It features light ,high efficiency, power-saving and userfrindly and enviromental ,It separate hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysising pure water only. It use precious metal coating membrane electrode which nearly zero distance between anode and cathod.this achive it most high electrolysis efficiency.
Working Principle of PEM electrolysis cell
After Dimineralized Pure water (with electrical resistivity >1MΩ/ cm or water conductivity<1μs/cm) being put into the anode chamber of the electrolysis cell, then power on ,water will be decomposed instantly in the anode.the formula as : 2H2O = 4H+ + 2O-2. The decomposed negative oxyanion (O-2) will immediately release electron to form oxygen (O2) molecular.while the hydrogen ion, in the form of aqua ion (H+.XH2 O), under the action of electric field force, pass throughproton exchange membrane, and will reach the cathode to absorb electron to form hydrogen(H2) molecular.
