PR68 HPLC column thermostat is specially designed for customers with both cooling and heating functions. The dual functions of cooling and heating can better meet the laboratory’s requirements for temperature detection throughout the year (especially It is because the room temperature is too high in summer, and the air conditioner cannot meet the inspection requirements), which makes the scope of application more accurate. In addition, it can also meet products with low temperature requirements, such as biological enzymes and so on.

1. The column thermostat has a beautiful and generous appearance, and the injection valve can be placed in the column thermostat. While ensuring the overall inspection equipment is more beautiful, it also shortens the length of the system circulation pipeline to a certain extent and increases the stability of the system.
2. The column oven is easy to operate, and only needs to set the working temperature without any conversion.
3. The column thermostat adopts PID intelligent control system and German miniature temperature sensor, the temperature control accuracy can reach 0.1 degrees, and the operation is stable, reliable and cost-effective.
4. The column thermostat is safe to use, the main screen LED displays the set temperature and actual temperature, with automatic over-temperature alarm (over-temperature automatic power-off) and power-off protection functions.
5. The large constant temperature chamber can accommodate 1 to 3 chromatographic columns with a diameter of Φ4.6mm and a length of 400mm.
6. The powerful refrigeration power can reduce the temperature in the temperature chamber to 18°C below room temperature.
7. The integrated design makes the column thermostat convenient to be placed and used in conjunction with the HPLC system, with a compact structure.
8. It comes with a height-adjustable injection valve mounting bracket, bottle card and aluminum alloy heat conduction block. The aluminum alloy heat conduction block can speed up the heat conduction speed.
The dual control of the column thermostat panel and the computer can be realized through the control software independently designed by our company. The remote control can be used to remotely control the operation.
