what is alkaline electrolyzer
Alkaline electrolyzer is used to poduce hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis lye.if no arrange separated membrane between anode and chathod,the output will be hydrogen oxygen mixture gas.if set separated membrane btween anode and chathod it will be separated hydrogen and separated oxygen output.lye is the mixture of alkalinous chemical material with pure water.the alkalinous checmical material can be KOH or NaOH.Ideal KOH density is the scope 15-30%.It is mainly composed by electrolyser cell,water supply system,gas water separating parts,gas transport system,power supply system,control system,safty parts,pressure and flow dispaly,desiccator and some valves besides outside case.Big scale electrolyser can be use for industrial use.Small scale can be used for lab and analytic field.
HG-300 is small scale electrolyzer whoes max output is 300ml/min.Its hydrogen purity upto 99.999% which can be used for analytic using.For example supply pure hydrogen for GC(gas chromatograph) FID detector as flame gas.Its pressure upto 0.4Mpa.It also can be used supply hydrogen for cell test or teaching use.

A: Alkaline electrolyser work based on electricity electrolysis lye which is alkaline solution.lye have strong corrsosion for parts and skin.
while PEM electrolyzer produce pure hydrogen by electrolysis pure water only.no need add any alkaline material to water.surely,the structure and component of PEM electrolyzer is different that of alkaline electrolyzer.
